I really love my clients. I don’t think you can do good therapy if you don’t.

The people I see are generally in pain. They are hurting, they question if they matter to their partner, and they want the relationship to get better.

I help people make sense of their tangled knot conflict, and feel secure with each other again. But that’s not to say it’s easy. Couples therapy is hard work, and all three of us will be sweating through this. Couples see results when both partners are motivated to look at themselves.

I use a specific science-based model called Emotionally-Focused Therapy, which is a non-shaming attachment-based model.

I also help teach people about relationships through a variety of ways, and supervise therapists learning how to do couples therapy.
